In 2025, we launched the InnovaSTEAM Precollege Summer Program, an in-person program in collaboration with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and the University of Puerto Rico focused on neuroscience for high school students in grades 9 through 11 who are interested in improving society through science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics (STEAM). Through the program, students participate in seminars and interactive activities (e.g., research laboratory experiments, presentations) to learn about STEAM careers, research methods, professional development, the college admissions process, and more.
